A lot of new calls have been showing up on the air

recently and it prompts one to ask "Who the heck are you ??"

Bill, K7ZM offers the following to remove the doubt:

"RUSSIAN PREFIXES (Are You Confused?). In 2010, Russia

started new structure prefixes for ham radio callsigns and some

of them are confusing.

Vladimir, RW2L, in Smolensk, European Russia (not

Kaliningrad), has put together an interesting table/list of the new
