[SJDXA] Mega DXpedition QSL Manager request

SJDXA MEMBERS:

I have been asked if N2OO and the SJDXA QSL crew would handle the QSLs for
the upcoming DX0DX DXpedition to Spratly.

This DXpedition is slated for January 6-24, 2011. Full info can be found at

They will have 11 stations set up, and apparently will have various teams
coming and going. I counted 37 ops overall.

Let me know what you think. Please be honest. I will review everyone's email
and make a decision based on your input.
