Agree with Bob about selling the 870 first.


Personally, I like the MKV.  Things to consider: MKV has a number of options (eg filters) that will affect price in addition to condition.  If we're in the $1800 range, I'd suggest one of the 'new' offerings (eg Ten Tec, et al).
