[SJDXA] HF conditions

[Kz2i]

I've worked 5new ones on 12m in the last week.  That's with a dipole  
at 35ft. I have about 175 confirmed on that band, so that many in week  
is great.  And I have to work for a living too so operating time is  
limited.  Have fun!!
