SJDXA crew! (Not for publication please. I plan to put out an official
statement later. Current info is posted on the K5D website)

As of the latest processing, we have surpassed 3Y0X on confirmations given
out.

The current number for 3Y0X (since 2006 almost 4 years after) is 52,663.

The current number for K5D (only 9 months after) is 56,786.

Follows are some statistics I just put together, fyi.

Here are some numbers as of NOVEMBER 8, 2009.

(This is from Bernd DF3CB OQRS master)
We have 4605 distinct OQRS submissions. Distinct means not counting
duplicates. 3262 of them direct requests, 1343 bureau.

All in all 25,060 QSOs were requested (not counting duplicate submissions)
and that is 21.6% of all K5D QSOs! This number counts bureau and direct.
This is a pretty high percentage!

Submissions were made for calls from 78 DXCC countries.

(THIS is from N2OO):

In total, we have confirmed 56,786 QSO's (ACTUAL PER LOG)

OQRS numbers:

All OQRS requests = 25,060 (NOTE: THESE ARE ALL REQUESTS, NOT ACTUAL
CONFIRMED QSO'S)

My personal estimate of non-QSO's in OQRS is about 10% (these include Not
In Log's, duplicates already confirmed via incoming direct mail, etc)

OQRS confirmed QSO estimate = 22,500 or 19.4% of the entire K5D QSO total.

Direct mail numbers:

56,786 - 22,500 = 34,286

My estimate of direct incoming mail processed:

34,286 QSO's or 29.6%

Add up the total:

29.6% direct confirmed

19.4% OQRS direct and bureau confirmed

49% total

Proof:

Total 49% of the entire K5D log has been confirmed..

56,786 / 115,787 = 49%

Actual totals:

Total QSO's = 115,787

Total actually confirmed = 56,786

Percentage confirmed to date: 49%

LoTW:

OK, now LoTW: (fyi)

56,762 uploaded

23,368 confirmed

DXCC:

3Y0X: Worked 173 DXCC entities with 128 confirmed (if we saved the cards, we
did not)

K5D: Worked 166 DXCC entities with 119 confirmed (if we saved the cards, we
did not)

See ya' in the Pileups!

73!
