Joel,
i will try and help if possible. i need model number of the radio to research (there should be a Metal style stick-on label with the radio information on it!.
also, I have access to a few of the 2 channel versions of this same radio, but i think they are hi-band VHF, or maybe "A" or "B" cut version of the low band (yours would be a "C" cut) but they may have some of the parts you need. I am including Joey -W5TFW in this email for reference. Finding a copy of the service manual will be a bit tricky , but I will see what I can find!!
