[SixClub] New DXCC Rules Adopted By HQ ARRL

Its not a joke. I am sorry to say. The dx com. Says that you can remote
operate your call sign from anywhere.you can literally remote to the east
coast or where ever you need to go to work the Country of your choice.
Plus ! I can remote into v44 land & get DXCC without ever leaving
Mississippi. I am very disappointed.
