[SixClub] the CLUB web page.

I have cleaned up the main webpage and defaulted the sixclub email to forward to me until things are sorted out.  

At this time a team needs to be formed and leadership roles and responsibilities be assigned.  

Joey has volunteered to issue the numbers.  What other leadership positions need to be created?

At this time I am hosting the domain.  Although I have registered the domain, I'll be happy to turn it over to someone else if asked to or transfer the hosting.   I guess by default I am the acting webmaster.  I envision keeping a version of the current page as an entry point into the site.  I need input about what pages and their content need to be added.  I could use assistance from anyone that has web design experience.
