Joey,

The page is going to need a major overhaul.  If Lisa and George are no longer running it, what direction does it need to take?  Just an archive of files?  Is someone going to continue to issue numbers?  It could also be loaded with PHPBB Forum and allow more interaction with both members and non-members.  As you said, an app that generates a certificate can be added.  Just have to find one.   If I host the website I would like help from others in developing it.
