[SixClub] six club web page

I hate to be the one to say this but this what happens when you blow the
dust of the old model "T" and see if it will still run.

I took care of the six club pages while the Lowell's where a way and now
that they have taken it back without notifying me, I hope everyone out
there that signed up before the take over don't blame me.  Callsigns where
change new members....
