[SixClub] IC551 F/A

I've been using one for decades. Nice radio-- I 
have the high power version, the IC-551D which is 
good for 80 watts.  The auction item is the lower power one.

Only bad thing is that the backup system that's 
supposed to keep the memories (all three of them) 
alive is busted on mine. I wouldn't care except 
that memories 2 and 3 are the scan edges too.
