[SixClub] Heathkit SB-200 80m PLUS 6m

The output on 6 is about 400w dead key with 70w drive on 120v. On the
other bands I see 600w. There is a slight compromise for having all the
bands and 6m. I did take out the swr bridge and ran shielded coax. I
also took out two wipers in the plate capacitor. I haven't tried it on
240v but I think it would be more just by seeing how much the voltage
drops on 120v.
