I added 160 meters to my SB200 without affecting 80 thru 10.  My mod is 
based on someone else's ideas that I found on the web and then modified to 
suit my own stock of available parts.  As I recall the mod required the 
addition of additional inductance which is switched by a relay plus another 
relay for switching in added capacitance.  The SWR sensitivity control was 
replaced with a rotary switch to operate the relays which simply converted 
the 80 meter band position into a 160 meter band position.  40M thru 10M 
were operable in either position.  I am no longer using the amplifier but I 
think the 160 meter mode was limited to only about half of the band because 
of limited variable capacitor range.   The mod is fully reversible.
