Sorry to hear about you father.  Not that I am at all knowledgeable, but ask 
about his Total CK and Troponin levels.  You want them to be going down. 
Again, I am not knowledgeable to guide you this.

Also, I don't know how much help I can give with Sussex County, but I will 
try.  There is a local Club called the Sussex County Amateur Radio Club. 
When I was there N2WM Walt Murphy was the Technical guy for the repeater. 
He is active during the January and June VHF/UHF contests.

Sorry I don't have much more than that.  I lived there over 25 years ago.  I 
have talked to Walt on VHF from time to time during the contests.
