Nary a sound up here today.
Background noise was high on six, but not high enough to bother a signal 
stronger than S4.

Digital noise reduction on new rig lets you hear the background, but as 
soon as some one starts talking it sounds like they are next door and 
the noise is gone.

Found the problem with the remote antenna switch.  It had lost the 
ground return.  Hooked up one of the excess wires on both ends for 
ground and all is happy.

Now if only the AV640 fix were that easy.
50' 25G is almost ... almost ready for antennas.

I think the 7L 6-meter Yagi is going above the tribander until I can get 
the 45G ready to go, which may be a while yet.
