I take it the legs are "spread" out of line for some reason or another.
I'm making the assumption that this is a conventional tower with the
base of the section legs enlarged to fit over the top of the section
under it. If that is the case, how about a rod that just fits the ID of
the legs? Tower legs up through 45G are relatively easy to bend. A 3 or
4 foot rod that just fits inside the legs and inserted up to the point
where you wish to bend will easily bend the legs. The problem is
bending just to the desired amount.
Possibly (under the same assumption) a set of clamps (available at
Lowe's, Home Depot...etc) would give more control and they are
adjustable over a wide range. Once in place they'll only move 3 to 4 "
but I'd assume that would be far more than enough. You just slip them
over the pieces to be compressed/clamped, and slide the end clamp into
place, then tighten the screw on the other end. It has more than enough
pressure to bend most tower legs. Three of them would allow much finer
control as you could do just a little on each leg until they were
properly lined up. The drawback is these things are about $30 each.
Another possibility would be 2 X 4's and large C-Clamps. They might
start out like trying to sort out a bag of worms but if the section were
stood on end and the 2 X 4's then just set on the bottom they'd be
*relatively easy* to line up.
Just a set of thoughts.
