If I could get the slightly-flared legs on the bottom section of
my tower to fit on to the base plate stub then I could get my
tower up and then my C3SS in the air.

Meanwhile I am making due with 100w and the 6m vertical.

Is there a VHF CW contest this weekend?  Just heard a strong
one on 50.105

As for amps, you just don't want to compete with other BIG
signals ... fess-up now, son!  ;-)
