[SixClub] Weather & 6m Propagation [Was: ARRL RAISES VUCC DUES]

An interesting note, there was a NWS "seminar" this past fall that predicted
a "normal" Michigan winter for the first "half" of this winter, but during
the second "half" of this winter we are supposed to get dumped on. Now, I
am not sure where the "halfway point" is for winter at least in the NWS's
mind but with the recent 6 inches we got just the other day, and the
predicted 8-15 inches they are predicting for Tuesday night into Wednesday,
maybe we are in the "second half?"

Either way, looks like I better gas up the quadrunner for plowing. :)
