[SixClub] ARRL RAISES VUCC DUES

I'm not sure what this huge rate increase is that you are talking about.

In 1996 it was $10 for an application for a NEW (first time) VUCC certificate,
now it's $12 !!! A $2 increase 15 years HUGE ???

The rate breakdown is in line with DXCC and WAS.

Please enlighten me.
