My rule of thumb...
OH HF: When you tune up and the neighbors lights don't dim you are
running QRP.
On VHF: If you can't check your beam heading by watching the neighbor's
fluorescent lights brighten. you are running QRP.
Mobile: If the tires don't skid every time you key the mike, you are
running QRP.
2-meters: If the engine in the car you are passing doesn't quit, you are
running QRP.
UHF and SHF, If you do not trigger the RADAR detectors in all the cars
you meet or pass you are running QRP.
Unfortunately by these rules I've not been running QRP. Is there a class
that is less than QRP?
