For contests and awards, the ARRL considers QRP as 5 watts on CW or 10 watts
PEP on SSB. If you made the QSO on SSB (it sounds like you did) at the 10
watt position on the TS60, you are ok..
If you really want to go QRP, sell me the TS60 so you can get a FT817 or
Icom 502 :)
