Not sure of that answer, but cuirous as to where people are going to be 
working in the various bands for this particular contest.

I am looking at the bandplans, and instead of wasting time in sections of 
the bands not planned on being populated, I figured focusing on the "better" 
parts of the bands might be a better approach.
