QSOs such as this will be common place in a few years on 6m
As they were back in the past two cycles
Seems like the best F2 Openings are on the declines of the solar max's

The following report was lifted from another forum reflector, and
describes the contact of a lifetime. Terrestrial DX like this from NA is truly
among the rarest of 6m achievements, along w/ JA's.

it. Heard him in and out for 10 minutes then he was Q5 and took several
calls to get his attention but he is a good operator. He is ZK2RS I worked in
1984. KC0CF in EN32 worked him about 20 minutes after I did. Could hear
KC0CF on the back of my beam. ZL1RS was back in then only on. 115 then. Never
heard a peap from ZL1TPY or any VKs. Goes to show how the E link lines up
is critical as a few Arizona, Southern California weak stations were in when
I worked ZL1RS. 1st ZL in over 20 years!
