Ken you can't even begin to compare the auto industry here. That's a whole other ball of wax....I will not even get started on. As for "our dealers"  it would seem Woxoun America is here in the states. That would make them "our dealer" also.right? And last time I heard, ICOM, Kenwood, Yaesu and the other couple of "name brands" were built in Chinas back yard. If you want to support "our radio manufacturers" lay out a few grand for a TenTec,built in the Smokey Mountians, they are "our people" not ICOM,Yaesu, Kenwood or the others.
