An M2 HO Loop would be much better than a vertical for SSB end of 6M band.
Loaned my mobile antenna to a friend for a few months & with a stock
Ranger RCI-5054dx100 & the HO Loop about 20 ft, had QSO's in South
America, Florida & several other states without need for an amp.
The above friend normally uses a SB-200 amp at 250 watts output on 10m
through 80 m on a number of antennas from a Carolina Windham to a
modified V-Quad CB antenna on a rotor for 10m nets & a Hustler 6BTV
vertical at ground level without radials..
In short, I'd bank on the M2 HO Loop is space is a problem, mine now in
closet of apartment, but Ranger was sold & now have only a Yaesu FT-857D
in truck with Hustler resonators
