[SixClub] Are These Legal? (only a little OT)

I know one ham that has had one since they first came out, three years back,
he drags it with everywhere he goes, gets beat and dropped and shows it,
works fine yet.
Only HT I have is a FT-60R.

Might be OK for a beginner, personally I prefer other better known
brands until they prove themselves in both performance & reliability..
Owner of 2 ICOM & one Yaesu dual band radios (ICOM: W32a & IC-T7H, and
Yaesu FT-727R which dates from 1988 & still works)
