Those along with the Puxing and a couple others have been on the market for
a couple years now. Some of them are even reviewed on QRZ and Eham.
Nothing wrong with them, if someone starts using it illegally then its their
problem as they get reported.

That post should be forwarded to the ARRL and the FCC and ebay
notified that they may be illegal to sell in the USA.
Better get out ahead of this before a bazillion of them flood
the market and 440 becomes another "freeband".
