Actually yes I have mentioned him to an OO... I live I the same town as an
OO, his tower and antenna's are visible from my front yard and I know him
quite well. So I guess I should mind my P's and Q's.. HI HI...

One of these band openings when I hear that wide station on six I will grab
the mic and give him a holler on the local repeater so he can go listen on
6m.

73,

Scott

Have you invited an OO to document his selfish, if not illegal,
operation?

Perhaps a "friendly note" that explains that the next stop is
FCC monitoring and citation might get him off his high-horse?

The FCC will take a dim view of some LID telling them that their
$40,000 calibrated equipment is incapable of measuring his fat
signal! ;-)

We are supposed to be self-policing -- but we need the option of
a "big stick" to get the attention of arrogant scofflaws.
