But what's wrong with selling one that covers 10m? I know a lot of hams
that have RM amps on 10.
The laws allow them to sell it, so unless the laws change they aren't doing
anything wrong. There was a long argument about their amps on
RadioReference a year ago. A few of the amps were tested with lab grade
gear and they looked good, its just that they built an amp that covers 10m
and also happens to cover 11m. Doesn't mean they are making everyone use
them for 11m, the illegal CBer's made that choice.
I actually want one of there 600w HF amps, I got to play with one, has a
band switch on the front to select different ranges. Worked great, and all
solid state. Tired of tube amps on HF. I know one guy that built a
splitter and combiner to use a pair of them for 1kw+ of output.

If RM italy respected the fact that our laws prohibit importing that stuff
they would be a bit poorer. As for the quality, I'll leave that to those who
know what band pass filters are all about. If they want to sell a USA
version that wont work on CB or 10 (or 12), that's a different story.
