[SixClub] Portugal to get full use of their 6m band!

TV  in Europe still uses 51 and up on analog.......A lot of countries do NOT
have 2 MHz much less 4MHz on 6 like we do....A LOT of European countries
only have 500kHz of 6m....4m, 70MHz is their "magic band" but 6 is starting
to make inroads in a lot of places.
