[SixClub] New Ten Tec rig

I think the Ten Tec is supposed to be selling for $1799, about the same as the Kenwood TS590 and much less than the Icom 9100.

The 7000 and FT897D only give you one antenna jack for HF/6m. The other antenna jack is only for 2m/70cm, which the Ten Tec doesn't have. It is too bad that Icom and Yaesu don't take a lesson from the FT817 and let you choose which antenna jack to use for each band. I would like to be able to run 6m and 2m on the same antenna jack since I have a dualband mobile antenna that covers those bands.

You can run a tuner and do computer control with the FT897D if you use the AT-897 tuner by LDG.
