[SixClub] Now here's a tower and rotator (UPDATED)

For MOST towers it is 7 bands of equal length....BUT at the 1000ft height or somewhere close, there is a MAX length of the bands so the number of bands increases...
Mike, do you recall what it is?? (For those interested, Part 17 of the FCC rules covers the tower lighting and painting specs)
