Other than those whom marry into it, like John Kerry, or
those who are born into it, like Paris Hilton, those who
are identified as financially better-off may have been
clever enough to earn it.

They then get richer because they know how.

The rest of us muddle-by either because rich isn't a priority
that displaces other things, or we haven't figured it out, or
we spend too much to fast, or we aren't willing to invest ...
