>From my own personal experience when I was active, yes, TEP certainly works,
perhaps even much more than it was documented. I have often registered
contacts between me in Malta and various African active operators on 6mtrs
when conditions appeared 'dead' for others, even with my very humble 25watts
into a vertical dipole. My contacts with dedicated operators of the likes of
7Q7RM and 7Q7JA and many others in other countries and islands were nearly
on a daily basis in the evenings. Nothing new, just a routine quick hello
and proving that the propagation was still there.
