This transverter will change 20 meters over to 6 meters TX 
and RX.It needs no special cables to hook up.It will work 
with your transceiver if you can turn the power down to 5 
watts reliably. 5 watts in gets 8 watts out and when the 
band is open that 8 watts sounds like you are running an amp 
on 6 meters.That is why they call it the magic band.I have 
used it with a FT-990,FT-840,TS-140,and an IC-718.It will 
work with many other rigs as long as you have 20 meters on 
your rig and can turn it down to 5 watts.It comes with the 
Instruction manual and 12 volt power cord.The price is
