[SixClub] Which Grid Location Should I Use?

We are still getting settled into our new QTH ...

I went to this Maidenhead Grid Locator site:
http://www.levinecentral.com/ham/grid_square.php

It generates two different locators for my callsign:

Grid: EM92df  (QRZ: EL88rj)

Why would there be a difference?

Does one use the mailing zip as a general locator
and the other use the true physical address?

Which should I use?
