[SixClub] What is W3FJ Running?

One day the Quito Ecuador beacon was BOOMING into Houston (EL39)....it runs
10watts into a simple antenna.

Noone else could be heard/worked...but the beacon?? S9+ on my
groundplane....

It happens.....without big power and antenna...
