Indoors, a good foam coax should be fine.
I try to find used 7/8 Heliax from two-way shops or
watch for abandoned cell or paging towers for long runs.
I was lucky enough to find a pair of 150 foot runs
of 1-5/8 heliax, but the connectors ( unless homebrewed )
are quite expensive.
I offered a friend who does 2m EME one of the runs, but
he said the difference between 7/8 and 1-5/8 on 144 was negligible.
