I concur with Joey on the ARRL web page, I often have referred out of
towners to the site to find local ham clubs or find a testing site,
1st. I was aware of the changes, was last week, when a friend in DFW
area of Texas e-mailed: "Where do you find the information..?"
Just take a look & see for yourself, try to find your local ham club
on the ARRL site, that I ham-fests used to have a link UP TOP in the
page header, NOW you have to search...!
Seems the techie GEEKS have instilled the need for all kinds of Bells
& Whistles with need to have the very latest version of Adobe Flash
(Which incidentally is only in BETA STAGE, not the tried tested &
proven final version..! (Just like auto manufacturers & their
insistence on all kind of UNPROVEN digital interfaces that cause a
vehicle to be in to shop because it wasn't working correctly, or was
subject to some weird voltage spike that blew a transistor or diode
that is so small, you could fit a hundred on the head of a pin..!
I digress, yielding the soap box,

P.S.: Anyone find the hot link to clubs yet...?
