I don't know if it was done or not, but when you hear WAC in one 
afternoon, (~2002) and virtually all of the us is open to most of Europe 
and Africa along with Asia and Oceana and it was happening day after day 
after day, I'd think it would not be all that difficult (if the states 
were on)
