Hi:
I had some minor problems.
Took me from 10/30/09 to 2/4/10 and 3 emails.
After the 2/4/10 QSL, I received another Card on 3/2/10.

Apparently he didn't get my OCT SASE & 2 GS until some time in march.

Mail must be slow to VP9 :-) !!!

All I can say is email him and stick with follow up emails.
