For VHF and UHF it takes over 80' just to get above the trees around
here. My tower for the tribander is only 50 feet and the WARC-7 will
go about 10 feet above that.
I've moved my satellite dish twice and now it's going to need to go up
the tower another 20 feet to see over the neighbors willow tree. That
tree just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Three years ago, when the
tornado warning had gone off, I was in the back yard. From nearly 200
feet away I could hear the trunk of that thing groaning and cracking.
The trunk was bent about 30 degrees to the East, but just as I thought
it was going to cure my problem the wind let up and the tree is still
growing. The trees don't seem to bother HF, but they sure do VHF and
above this time of year.

I heard a lot of stations on six but they were all brief. Only a
couple were stronger than S5 or 6. Most were just above the noise and
there were a LOT of those.
