wouldn't it be easier to ust build  the gamma match!!!  I nly buy he parts that i can't bend or form w/o a jig or fixture which ain't too many . i am constantly rebilding cuscrqft 2m, 70cm beamms and a few 6m beams also.
 
I pick 'em up at hamfest cheap if they need minor repairs or they are given to me if damaged  and i fix 'em and make a few dollars, plus it helps me deplete  some of my broken antenna inventory of elements and booms!!
 
 I just finished up making from scratch, 3 - 7element 440 beams. I used some left-over elements from damaged 2m and 220 beams with partially broken elements  that were too short on one side , but just long enough to  use a on a higher band
 
  . Right now,  i'm working with a machinist to see if he can make a crimpable sleeve that can be use to splice two halves together,such as in the case of the badly bent element that someone tried to straighten and broke it instead!!  we're trying to  get aluminum stock that can be drilled length-wise, then slipped over the broken element and crimped with a cable  hex -type crimper). It may only be temporary, but if it gets you by... then what the heck...!!!
 
 
anyhow, if you break it , i'll fix it somehow !!
