Really?  It was one of the best openings in a while here that I was able to 
catch.  Most of the southern states were coming in here 59+, a few guys were 
40 over.

Then there was the guy on the island in EL44, he was STRONG so I nabbed him, 
and while I had the beam that direction others in Mexico and South America 
started shouting, I worked a few but there was stations stronger than me.

Went and had a bite to eat, came back and swung the beam from West to East 
about 45 degrees at a time and worked a half dozen or so every time I 
stopped, thought it was about over and then I started hearing VE's off the 
back of the beam, swung NE and worked a few, and again was about to call it 
quits and go do stuff with the kids but I swung back around to the West to 
see what I could hear tuning around, when I got to the NW I heard some more 
northerners and worked some more.

A great night on 6m!  I think I first got on the band around 7pm, I didn't 
get off the band until about 11pm.
