You should have asked for his supervisor and then ripped into him!

finally got ahold of  some JERK in tech support who says I not have to call 
the ANTENNA SHOP to get  p/n and costs for the replacement parts.. of course 
their phone number doesn't  ANSWER - 



Anybody else have these kind of problems with this  company?
