I have had an e mail chat with Dave Sumner this afternoon about this subject,

 I have included what he had to say on this subject.

 I was hoping to see  VUCC and LOTW merge this year !    WHEN is the ARRL going to  S T O P  >........

 treating the VHF community like STEP CHILDREN ?................................

there are a whole GROUP of people out here that are waiting  PATIENTLY,  YEAR after YEAR for this to happen !

Richard, since you and I communicated about VUCC last June we have made a lot of progress toward implementing it on LoTW. There's a bit more testing to be done. You will not have to be patient very much longer.
