OK, I feel D.U.M.B.!!!
I used to own a FT-857D and that had a separate
connector for 2/440.
I got this before we moved and rarely used it.
I only recently pulled it out of the box and
didn't even notice the second connector hidden
below the power connector ... in the dark ...
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!
Pete, NL7XM, rescued me from my carelessness ...
full scale reading ... so Alinco dummy-proofed
it and used the HF side to keep a safety load
on 6M.
