Roger Im not sure about Yaesu/Vertex
I was referring to a company started up by W4MYA out of Virginia
Vetex (I don't remember when it opened)
But I had sent my Buds 890 down there back in August or September
and only recently received an email from Bob stating that his partner 
got another job and he was going out of business
