[SixClub] Hogging the Calling Freq [Was: band is open]

Exactly, good operating practices should be practiced. Occasional contacts
without hogging the freq, leaving room for stations to break in, and then
QSY up when there is activity. But some just refuse to understand or be a
good operator.
