I have a friend who suffers much as you do - she does 
landscaping and
is otherwise active - but many times pays for it and has to 
rest for a few
days.

Lots of meds and her joints tell her when a weather front is 
approaching
and they complain until the barometer rises again.

It is like the Apostle Paul's "thorn in the flesh", you ask 
God to remove
it and if He does not you decide that He's saying that it 
has some value
to you for some reason and you learn to live with it.

I am suffering what I pray is temporary trouble with my 
hands - I think
that I need to set up my computer keyboard with wrist 
support - perhaps
heated padding to stimulate circulation and soothe muscles 
and joints.

Of course all bad things come because we live in a fallen 
and rebellious
world.  God is *never* the author of sin, the only question 
is if He decides
to intervene occasionally for His perfect reasons.

Praying in agreement with you brother for healing and endurance!
